REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• A Beaver Bookstore receipt is required for all returns & exchanges.
• All textbook sales are final after the first 7 days of the starting term.
• Textbooks must be returned in NEW condition... free of all marks, highlighting, bent corners or torn pages.
• All shrink-wrapped textbooks must be returned in the original shrink-wrap or it will be returned as a buyback.
• If there is no receipt with a return or exchange, textbooks will be bought as a buyback.
• All textbooks sold with CDs must be returned un-opened.

APPAREL

• All apparel must be returned as bought with receipt and tag within 30 days.

CHECK POLICY: All purchases paid for with a check are for exchange only.
